⦁ Booking Fee is non- refundable, however it is transferable subject to availability.

⦁ The booking fee should be paid within 24 hours of receiving the final quot, Partycrafters_uk can not hold dates more than 3 Days for any clients.

⦁ A deposit of £100 is required to secure the event date. This deposit must be paid upon confirmation of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total event fee.

⦁ Cancellations Clients will only receive the refund of the booking fee, if you have canceled the event 4 weeks prior to you booking date.

⦁ Partycrafters_uk will refund the amount after considering all the porps cost if already purchased.

⦁ Any damage/lost/stolen prop will be invoiced to the client seprately.

⦁ It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all the details on the booking form are correct and to let Partycrafters_uk know if there are any changes which need to be made.
